Kapiti Kikorangi – Kikorangi = deep blue in Maori
A strong intensely creamy, salty, tangy blue that fades into a subtle peppery aftertaste. Soft, heavy creamy firm texture. Pairs well with Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc or a sweet dessert wine.

A blue Brie-styled cheese with a clean and milky savoury tang. Mild with a light saltiness and clean aftertaste. Fine creamy smooth texture. Pairs well with Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc or a sweet dessert wine.
Kapiti Tuteremoana – Cheddar
A strong full bodied tangy, zesty crumbly slightly crunchy cheddar. Pairs well with Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Shiraz
Kapiti Port Wine Cheddar – Steeped in Port Wine
A medium tangy cheddar with a delicate sweetness from the port. Pairs well with Champagne, Chardonnay and Sparkling Whites.
